The core objective was to create a highly intuitive and valuable digital environment that not only fosters deeper engagement and knowledge sharing but also effectively converts users into subscribers and ensures their continued retention within this exclusive ecosystem.

Conducted user research and developed user personas based on target audience behavior.
Designed user flows and wireframes to guide the platform structure.
